All creations prepared fresh to order for each guest.

Quesadilla Station - $ 5.99 per guest - Served with chicken and beef, and toppings. (salsa, sour cream, pico de gallo, )

Pasta Station - $ 8.99 per guest, additional $1 for shrimp - Choice of Penne, bowtie, capellini, fettucini with choice of chicken, meatballs or shrimp with garlic breadsticks, marinera, alfredo, marsala, and Butter garlic sauce, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil (other choice of pasta available upon request)

Grilled Cheese - $ 6.99 per guest - Served with assorted bread and cheeses, chicken, turkey, ham, arugula, micro greens.

Stir fry Station - $8.99 per guest - Choice of chicken, steak, or shrimp, served with steamed rice and vegetables (carrots, zucchini, broccoli, nappa cabbage, mushrooms, onions, water chestnuts) with choice of sweet and sour, teriyaki or signature house sauce.

Mash Potini Station - $5.99 per guest - Creamy mashed red or Yukon gold potatoes, toppings( shredded cheese, applewood bacon, green scallions, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, chives, sour cream, butter) beef or chicken gravy.

 

Carving Stations Served with 2 side choices, salad and rolls.

Prime rib - $16.99 per guest.

Roasted turkey - $12.99 per guest.

Roasted Sirloin - $12.99 per guest.

Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin - $11.99 per guest.

Ham - $11.99 per guest.

 

Crepe Station

Sweet Crepes - $4.75 per guest - served with fresh seasonal berries, strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, cream cheese moose, chocolate and vanilla pudding, chocolate syrup, caramel, and powder sugar. Other toppings available upon request.

Savory Crepes - $5.99 per guest - Choice of ham and cheese, wild rice and chicken cordon blue with béchamel sauce, oven roasted turkey.
